Downtown Queen Creek! We are on the south side of Ocotillo, just west of Ellsworth Loop.

We have 3 parking spots and a handicap parking spot on the backside of the building. You will turn into the property and follow the driveway past the house to the parking area. Please see the parking map if need be here!

Any pets on the property need to be requested at least 24 hours before scheduled time-slot. Our outdoor area on the property is acceptable for dogs, we only ask that they are not taken to the bathroom on the property, especially the artificial turf. We also ask that any time they poop, you pick it right up. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times. If you would like your dog in the studio, requesting must be done 24 hours in advance and possible cleaning fee will need to take place if your dog is a shedding dog. 

Our indoor studio is 1,348 sqft which includes the storage room and bathroom. Plenty of lovely space, some blank, and some ready for your styled shoot. Our outdoor area consists of both the front area, and the back area as well as the walk deck on the roof. The lots size is 11,179 sqft.

Please notify us right away, with a description so we can right away try to locate it! We can have you pick it up from the property upon an agreed time.

We have wanted to make a property that is a great asset to your business! We have lots of equipment (including lighting) options available for use at the property. You can see images and descriptions of all of them here. We do ask that everything is put back into the storage room before your time-slot is finished, exactly where you found it. We also ask that you let us know if there is any issues with the equipment right away so we can either help you with it, or make sure its repaired and replaced ASAP.

Again, we pride ourselves in being great asset to you business! Everything at the property is able to use; we just ask if you move it, you put it back where you found it. Let us know right away if there are any malfunctions, or damage to any of the props, furniture or outdoor settings. If it occurs while you're at the property we will think it was you and there may be a fee to fix or clean it. If it was that way when you arrived, the best thing would be to contact us right away so we know you found it that way. If something did break while you were there let us know and we will discuss possible fees from there. 

Please see the natural lighting map to get a rundown of which areas of the property are best for which times of the day. Just so you know, the front of the property faces North, and the back faces South. We have windows on ALL sides of the indoor studio, we have many angles to shoot the outdoor areas in to get the best of your use.

You will see we have three options while booking; indoor/outdoor, indoor only and outdoor only. For each of those options you are able to book in 2 hour increments. Make sure you book for what you want to use, but if you book indoor only and realize you'd like to use outdoor, send us a message about adding that onto your session as long as somebody is not using it at your time slot. Click here to book a time to use the property! Keep in mind, we require a $50 deposit, that is non-refundable, and we require 24 hour notice for canceling. If needing to reschedule, please let us know ASAP and we will transfer your $50 deposit to your new time slot. 

Please contemplate how much time is needed for your rental before renting so you can schedule for the perfect amount of time. We book in 2 hour increments. The hours you book for includes clean up, and we are not in charge if the rest of your party is late or if it takes a while to get started. If more time is needed while you're using the property, reach out and we will see if we can extend the use (granted there is not somebody else right after you). If you do not request more time, but are more than 15 minutes late exiting the property (we have cameras, and will know when you arrive and leave), you will be charged $50 per 15 minutes over. 

Yes we do! Please send us a message on our contact form  to request a special rental of the property. We will need to know when, how many people you are expecting to be there, what you are wanting to use the property for, and how much time you are wanting there. We want to partner with you and all of your creative content needs! Message us to see if we can be of assistance! 

Yes! We have one handicap parking spot in our parking lot, and we have a way in and out of the studio by wheelchair. The only area that is not wheelchair access able is the walk deck on the roof!

In short answer, yes. There are many stipulations to it though. The glitter and confetti must only be used indoors, and every bit needs to be cleaned up. There is a vacuum and mop located in the storage room to aid in the clean up, but if you do not clean it up all the way, you will be subject to a cleaning fee. Please give us a heads up if either of these will be used so we can expect it to be just as clean when you are done. As far as birthday cakes, those are able to be used indoor or outdoor, but clean up is of course necessary. Please leave the property how you found it, in a neat, clean condition. If any other messy props are wanted to be used, please reach out to us so we can help facilitate that use. If any of the messy props are not cleaned up or need a more serious clean, you are subject to a cleaning fee for a professional clean.

Photography sessions, commercial shooting, branding photos, headshots, boudoir photos, pop up shops, office meetings, workshops, film making, etc. The possibilities are endless. Yes, there are. In order for us to keep an eye all the time at what is going on, and who is going in and out of the property, we have cameras in a few locations. Please treat our property with respect, because if you don't we will see!

We are hoping to be able to open up by Fall 2023.

Yes! You may, but you must purchase it as an add on for your booking. It is not to be driven, but if there is a specific place you want it parked, or direction for it to face, please contact me at info@desertstudioaz.com before your shoot so we can have it in the perfect place for you!
